VitalLogAi keeps everything you track in one place. The dashboard highlights today’s progress while your settings page controls which trackers, targets, and reminders are active. The AI assistant sits on top so you can ask questions or log data without digging through menus.

1. Set up your trackers

Use the dashboard settings page  to enable built-in metrics (weight, calories, water, steps) or add custom ones. Choose targets, preferred units, and reminder cadence so each card reflects what matters to you.

2. Log once, see it everywhere

View every item you are tracking and targeting in one , then click any stat card to jump into without hunting through menus. Log data from the Dashboard, detail pages or using the AI Assistant.

3. Ask for insights

From any page, press the AI button to summarize progress, compare targets versus actuals, or get recommendations. The assistant reads your configured trackers and settings, so every response is grounded in your data.

How does the AI assistant use my data?

The assistant only works with the data you log in VitalLogAi. It uses that information to generate summaries, trends and explanations, but your underlying raw data stays private within your account.

Can I use VitalLogAi if I'm not trying to lose weight?

Yes. Many people use VitalLogAi simply to maintain their current weight, monitor hydration or energy levels, or track custom health metrics over time.
